Introducing Scratchpad

Scratchpad is now live. The purpose of Scratchpad is to have a space where I can completely disregard the idea of polish and take a more anarchic approach to art, thumbing my nose at any rules I wish to ignore. I have needed somewhere I can test out new ideas and be free to make something terrible. You should never expect anything here to be refined. It is, and always will be, a messy space.

The general idea of Scratchpad has existed in my mind for at least some months, but even before that it existed in another form called The Liquid Roses. The Liquid Roses was my original website where I posted poetry and photographs. In fact, all the posts from The Liquid Roses can still be found on this website, since this is The Liquid Roses rebranded. The original URL to The Liquid Roses (liquidroses.art) now redirects to this site, and when the domain name registration expires, It will not be renewed. Soon I will be shutting down its Twitter account, @TheLiquidRoses, as well. Only the Instagram account will survive, but it has been renamed and rebranded.

I hope you will enjoy seeing the work that I will put in Scratchpad. I am excited to see what I make. Anyway, welcome to Scratchpad.
